Following a bench trial, defendant Charles Hall (defendant) was convicted of aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and ordered to submit DNA samples for genetic marker purposes pursuant to section 5-4-3(a-5) of the Unified Code of Corrections (730 ILCS 5/5-4-3(a-5) (West 2002)).
