Michael Mullins appeals from his convictions for voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault and raises the general grounds. Mullins also contends the trial court erred by: (1) admitting hearsay evidence of his prior difficulties with the decedent; (2) admitting his statement to police; (3) failing to grant a mistrial after the State elicited bad character evidence; (4) charging the jury on voluntary manslaughter; (5) and failing to charge the jury...
