Kevin Leroy Wilt was convicted of five counts of child molestation for offenses committed against his ex-girlfriend's ten-year-old daughter. On appeal, he claims the state failed to prove venue, the state failed to prove the offenses occurred on the dates alleged in the indictment, and the trial court erred in refusing to allow the introduction of evidence that the victim also accused her father of molesting her.
