¶ 1 Appellant, Roy A. Willoughby ("Husband"), asks us to determine whether the trial court erred when it denied his petition to modify his court-ordered permanent alimony obligation. Specifically, Husband contends his incarceration constitutes a "change in circumstances" to relieve him of his spousal support obligations. We hold that an obligor's incarceration due to criminal activity does not alone represent a "change in circumstances...
