Erik Erskine appeals his conviction on one count of threatening to assault or murder FBI agents, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 115(a)(1)(B). Erskine contends that the district court erred in finding a knowing and voluntary waiver of counsel and allowing him to represent himself in accordance with Faretta v.
