Stephanie Webb filed this workers' compensation claim against her employer, the Tunica-Biloxi Indian Tribe of Louisiana, d/b/a Paragon Casino Resort, after allegedly sustaining a work-related accident on February 28, 2002. The Tribe objected to the jurisdiction of the Office of Workers' Compensation.
