The Defendant, Dustin Mathew Burnaman, was charged by a bill of information with assault by drive-by shooting in violation of La.R.S. 14:37.1 and with aggravated criminal damage to property in violation of La.R.S. 14:55. The Defendant entered a guilty plea pursuant to a plea bargain with the State wherein the State reduced the charges to aggravated assault with a firearm in violation of La.R.S. 14:37.4 and simple criminal damage to property in violation...
