¶ 1 Claudio Hernandez challenges his judgment of sentence for one count each of Delivery of Heroin and Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, see 35 Pa.C.S. § 780-113(a)(30), for which he was sentenced to two consecutive terms of two to six years' incarceration.
