In this matter, we consider Petitioner Office of Disciplinary Counsel's (the "ODC") Petition for Adjudication of Contempt filed against Respondent Frank J. Marcone alleging that Mr. Marcone has acted in violation of our July 1995 order suspending him from, inter alia, the practice of law.
