Michael Chaparro, Jr., seeks review of his judgment and sentence for attempted trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. Chaparro correctly asserts that the trial court abused its discretion in admitting his admissions and confession in evidence and erred in subsequently denying his motion for judgment of acquittal based on a lack of corpus delicti.
