Plaintiffs Christopher R. Howlett and Richard B. Williams appeal from the trial court's judgment granting defendants' motion for a directed verdict based on the statute of frauds and dismissing this action for breach of a commercial lease. We hold that because the writings relied upon by plaintiffs do not include language indicating an intention by defendants to be bound, plaintiffs' evidence of an oral agreement to enter into a lease was insufficient...
