Defendant Robert Charles Poston appeals from two first degree statutory sexual offense convictions (based on events allegedly occurring in 1994 and 1997) and one conviction of committing indecent liberties. We affirm defendant's convictions, but reverse defendant's sentence as to the 1994 first degree sexual offense because the State failed to establish that the incident occurred prior to 1 October 1994 and thus failed to establish that defendant should...
