¶ 1. Alumax Extrusions appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of DeSoto County, affirming the order of the Workers' Compensation Commission which awarded Paul Hankins, a former employee of Alumax, permanent partial disability benefits. The sole issue presented by Alumax is whether the Commission's finding—that Hankins had suffered permanent disability to the extent that he was no longer employable as a long-haul truck driver...
