This case involves the interpretation of the phrase "accidental bodily injury" contained in two disability insurance policies issued by The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company (Paul Revere) in the State of Arkansas. Dr. James M. Kolb, Jr. (Dr. Kolb), an orthopedic surgeon, underwent two elective surgeries on his right eye, after which he sustained known, albeit rare, complications following the second surgery, resulting in substantial loss of vision...
