[¶ 1] Merval and Susan Porter appeal from a judgment in the Superior Court (Hancock County, Hjelm, J.) entered in favor of Joan Sullivan and David Andrews in which the jury found that the parties had entered into an oral contract for the sale of the Porters' farm and the trial court ordered the Porters to transfer the property to Sullivan and Andrews.
