OPINION BY CAVANAUGH, J.:

¶ 1 Derl Pulliam, III, was intoxicated when he failed to negotiate a turn while driving on Anderson Road in Clinton Township, Butler County. Mr. Pulliam was the sole occupant of the vehicle and suffered a traumatic spinal cord injury as a result of the accident. He filed a lawsuit against the Bakerstown Hotel and its owner, claiming that the defendants were liable for his damages under Pennsylvania's Dram Shop Act, 47 P.S. §§...
