[¶ 1.] L.W. (mother) appeals the termination of her parental rights over her nine-year-old daughter, I.H. We affirm.

She has mental impairments and has been diagnosed with a borderline personality disorder and borderline intellectual functioning that causes great volatility in her mood states.
