PER CURIAM.

John H. Morley, Jr. (Appellant), acting pro se, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, dated December 9, 2002, affirming the decision of the City of Philadelphia, Board of License and Inspection Review (the Board), which upheld the revocation of his license to carry a firearm in accordance with Section 6109 of the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act of 1995 (Uniform Firearms Act), 18 Pa.C.S. § 6109.
