Appellant Jerry Dean Cooper was convicted in a bench trial of the following four felonies: (1) manufacture of methamphetamine; (2) possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver; (3) possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine; and (4) possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Mr. Cooper was sentenced to twelve years in prison for each felony conviction, to be served concurrently...
