Elmina M. Hilaire has submitted an affidavit dated December 10, 2003, wherein she tenders her resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see 22 NYCRR 691.9). Ms. Hilaire was admitted to the bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 7, 1990, under the name Elmina Merle Hilaire.
