This personal injury suit arises out of a motor vehicle accident involving Ms. Crystal Turner and Mrs. Carla Ducombs resulting in injury to Mrs. Ducombs. After a bench trial on the merits, the trial court found Mrs. Ducombs 45% at fault and Ms. Turner 55% at fault. Subsequently, Ms. Turner lodged this appeal.
