[¶ 1] Anthony and Cynthia DiVeto appeal from the summary judgment entered by the Superior Court (Washington County, Gorman, J.) in which the court concluded that neither the DiVetos nor their neighbors, the Kjellgrens, held title to a disputed piece of land.
