After unsuccessful efforts to settle this divorce case, the trial court entered a stipulated order for binding arbitration under Michigan's Domestic Relations Arbitration Act (DRAA).1 Pursuant to the express terms of the trial court's order, the parties understood that this litigation would be arbitrated pursuant to the DRAA.
