The state appeals from the trial court's order which dismissed charges of possession of a concealed weapon by a convicted felon1 and possession of drug paraphernalia,2 pursuant to Walthour's rule 3.190(c)(4) motion.3 We reverse because, in our view, whether Walthour violated the statute by carrying a steak knife in a leather holder on his belt underneath his shirt...
