The primary issue in this appeal from the trial court's postjudgment dissolution orders is one of first impression in our appellate courts. The question is whether a parent who has been ordered, pursuant to a judgment of dissolution, to pay child support and who subsequently becomes disabled may satisfy that obligation to the custodial parent by means of the social security dependency benefits
