Virginia Brown sued her employer, V.I. Prewett & Son, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Prewett"), seeking to recover workers' compensation benefits for an on-the-job injury to her neck, shoulder, and arm. Brown asserted that her injury had developed into fibromyalgia.
