Defendant Timothy Brogan was charged with multiple counts of concealing or aiding a fugitive, official misconduct, and obstruction of justice. Following a bench trial, the defendant was found guilty on all counts charged. His motion for a new trial was denied, and he was sentenced to 3 1/2 years' imprisonment.
