Scott D. Gaumond appeals from a judgment of a single justice of this court denying his petition for relief pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3. We affirm.

Gaumond pleaded guilty in the trial court to various criminal charges, was sentenced to a term of incarceration in State prison, and was ordered to pay restitution.
