Jackie Lynn Morrow was convicted of manslaughter and attempted murder. He argues that the Court of Criminal Appeals erred in affirming his convictions because, he argues, the trial court erred in denying his discovery requests and refusing to conduct an in camera inspection of Regina Couch's pretrial statements and the audiotape of her emergency 911 call.
