Plaintiff, Brad Cubit, was injured when a driver fleeing from law enforcement authorities intentionally crashed his vehicle into Cubit's highway patrol car. In this action against the county, Cubit claimed the employees staffing the county's E-911 system gave him incomplete information, thereby preventing him from taking the necessary precautions to avoid injury. Cubit also claimed the county was negligent in its supervision of one of these employees...
