PER CURIAM.

Petitioner, Police Officers Association of Michigan (POAM), appeals as of right the order granting summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) in favor of respondents, Ottawa County Sheriff, Ottawa County, and Ottawa County Board of Commissioners. On reconsideration, we reverse and remand. See Police Officers Ass'n of Michigan v. Ottawa Co. Sheriff, 263 Mich.App. 358 (2004).
