The issue in this case is whether Appellant's actions in stopping, talking to police, permitting police to enter her home and in surrendering a small quantity of drugs were objectively voluntary acts or mere acquiescence to police authority. The lower court determined that Appellant's acts were voluntary and denied her motion to suppress the drugs.
