Plaintiff Edith Hull brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1383(c)(3) of the Social Security Act to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner finding that Hull was ineligible to receive supplemental security income benefits ("SSI") because she was fleeing to avoid prosecution for a felony and also finding, for the same reason, that Hull had been overpaid SSI benefits for two years.
