Michal Stover brought an employment discrimination suit against the Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"), arguing that HUD discriminated against her based on her race and religion, and that HUD retaliated against her for exercising her rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3.
