Henry F. Rainey appeals from the grant of summary judgment to GAFVT Motors, Inc. d/b/a Gwinnett Place Ford (hereinafter, "the dealership"). Rainey had sued the dealership, alleging that it committed fraud during the sale of a car by leading him to believe that he was guaranteeing a loan for his son when the loan was actually in his name as the purchaser.
