(collectively "Public Storage") for breach of contract, fraud, and negligence in connection with the loss of his trailer stored on their property. This appeal arises from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Public Storage and the trial court's grant of Public Storage's motion to dismiss Liberty's appeal.
