HUDSON, Judge.

On 3 September 2002, the Grand Jury indicted the defendant on one count each of trafficking in cocaine by possession and by transportation, possession of a firearm by a felon, and felony speeding to elude arrest. Before trial, defendant moved to suppress evidence seized by police officers, which motion the trial court denied. The jury found defendant guilty on all charges. The trial court sentenced defendant to 17 to 21 months imprisonment on the firearm...
