We granted allocatur in this matter to determine whether the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County (trial court) abused its discretion in ordering that the entire amount paid to Appellant Theodore Pietrzykowski (Husband) as a compromise and release of a workers' compensation award be placed in an annuity escrow account to satisfy his alimony obligation to Appellee Helen Dudas (Wife).
