RUBIN, J.
Defendant and appellant Armando Arjon appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial that resulted in his conviction of multiple counts of continuous sexual abuse and lewd or lascivious acts against two children under the age of 14 years. He contends the trial court prejudicially erred in failing to hear his Penal Code section 995 motion prior to trial.
