In this appeal by a former husband seeking to reduce or terminate his spousal support obligation, we are asked to determine whether the Circuit Court of Morgan County erred in finding no de facto marriage, as defined in W. Va.Code § 48-5-707(a)(2)(2001) (Repl.Vol.2001), between the former wife and her paramour. We find no error in the circuit court's ruling. Accordingly we affirm.
