The defendant was convicted of possession of more than two hundred but less than four hundred grams of cocaine and of receiving or acquiring proceeds derived from illegal drug transactions. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of thirty years at hard labor without benefits for the possession conviction and ten years at hard labor for the proceeds conviction.
