We granted certiorari in this slip and fall case to address the judgment of the district court that granted plaintiff's motion for JNOV on the issue of damages, set aside the jury's verdict awarding damages in the amount of $52,901.79, and awarded damages in the amount of $790,000.00. A review of the record in this case indicates that conflicting evidence was presented on the issue of damages and that the jury's verdict was not unreasonable. Therefore...
