¶ 1 In this appeal, we must determine whether the trial court properly vacated the Corrected and Clarified Arbitration Decision and Award (hereinafter "Clarified Award") under the functus officio doctrine which prevents arbitrators from taking any further action once an arbitration award has been issued.
