Appellant, Jack Smith, III, appeals the trial court's revocation of his community control. Appellant argues that the trial court erred in revoking his community control based upon his failure to pay costs, his failure to attend counseling, and his absence from his approved residence because (1) the trial court failed to make a finding that he had an ability to pay, (2) there was no time period given in which to complete counseling and his counseling conflicted...
