This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Transfer Venue, (Doc. No. 5). Plaintiff has filed a response, (Doc. No. 21), and Defendant has filed a reply (Doc. No. 22). For the reasons stated below, Defendant's motion is denied.
