This appeal involves The Hardesty Company's (Hardesty) challenge to the district court's2 grant of summary judgment in favor of Arkansas residents Perry and Norma Williams. Hardesty contends it has established a breach-of-contract action based on the Williamses' breach of a noncompete agreement. We affirm.
