This case arises out of Defendants' termination of an agreement whereby Defendants agreed to pay insurance premiums for Plaintiffs' dependents. Plaintiffs assert claims for breach of contract, violation of the Contract Clause of the United States Constitution, violation of a similar provision in the Arkansas Constitution, as well as violation of the Arkansas County Government Code.
