On 26 February 1999, plaintiffs, Nancy Newton (Mrs. Newton) and her son David, filed suit alleging negligence, tortious interference with plaintiff's business, interference with the quiet enjoyment of their property, and unfair or deceptive trade practices on the part of defendants.
