Jack J. Ferreri appeals his conviction on six of seven counts of child molestation after denial of his amended motion for new trial. Because we find that multiple hearsay statements were improperly admitted under the Child Hearsay Act, OCGA § 24-3-16, we reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
