OPINION BY MUSMANNO, J.:
¶ 1 Hector Diaz ("Diaz") appeals from an Order granting summary judgment in favor of Edward Schultz, Jr. ("Schultz") in this personal injury action. We vacate the Order and remand for further proceedings.
